Integrated NASHPA Oilfield Project
Client: Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL)
Acquiring the services of EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning) Contractor for Gas Processing, LPG Recovery Plant & Allied Facilities at Nashpa Oil Field. The objective of the project was to construct a gas processing facility at NASHPA to process raw gas of NASHPA and separator gas from MELA Field. The plant produces LPG, Sales Gas, and Stabilized Condensate, helping minimize the energy crises in Pakistan.
Anticipated Production Capacity:
- 90 MMSCFD Sales Gas & Fuel Gas
- 16,800 Bbl/day Condensate
- 1,120 Bbl/day NGL
- 373 Mton/day LPG
- 1 Mton/day Propane
- +150 Bbl/day from Mela in Winter
Front End Compression Project at UCH Field
Client: OGDCL (with MHAA Foreign Alliance)
Located in Dera Bugti, Balochistan, the UCH gas field operates with an installed capacity of 600 MMSCFD. MHAA and its foreign alliance signed this EPCC project to install a Front End Compression System to cater to the depleting reservoir pressure over time. The setup features three Gas Turbine driven centrifugal compressor trains (02 operating and 01 standby) configured in parallel to maintain constant discharge operating pressure.
Technical Specifications:
- Compressors: 3 Gas Turbine driven centrifugal Compressor trains
- Configuration: 2 Operating, 1 Standby in parallel configuration
- Operating Pressure: Inlet ranges from 650 to 350 psig; Constant discharge at 870 psig
Compression System at Dakhni Oilfield
Client: OGDCL (with MHAA Alliances)
Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management (EPCC) agreement to install Compressor facilities (3 x 50%) to optimize production of depleting wells in Dakhni, Jand, and Soghri fields. The processing facilities at Dakhni include a separation system, gas sweetening, dehydration, and sulfur recovery unit to boost well pressure and lifetime output.
